Paul DeVaughn Trice was born in the Monkey Bottom section of Ocean View, in Norfolk, Virginia. To us, he is "Red Rooster". Red attended Ocean View Elementary and graduated from Maury High. He has followed many paths but has always come home. He is a familiar face at the Chesapeake Bay Art Association Shows and a much loved face at the Ocean View Station Museum. At the moment he is gathering signatures in support of an "Ocean View Walk of Fame" and donating time and beautiful artwork to help raise money for the Ocean View Station Museum.
